I'm linking up with Just Reed's Favorite Pinterest Pins Linky. This week's topic is Reading Idea Pins! I just love this linky! So much fun checking out (and pinning) new pins!
This is one we are going to be using in just a few weeks as we begin reading workshop....
This is just adorable! "Follow the Yellow Brick Road" retelling activity! I am really looking forward to using this in the fall!
And while we're talking about retelling....how about a shadow puppet theater for retelling?! This is brilliant, people! Can you imagine how motivated your kiddos will be to do this?!
Another super cute retelling activity...
After reading, kiddos create apps related to setting, characters, events, and problem/solution. How cute is this?!
Another super fun retelling activity...Act it out!
I LoVe, lOvE, LOVE this story structure board/anchor chart! I love how it clearly shows what story structure IS!
And -- check out how plainly this anchor chart sets out Inferencing! LoVe it!!
Make sure you click over to Just Reed and check out everyone else's reading idea pins. Like I said.....a perfect opportunity to find MORE PINS!

Brenda, I've never seen most of these pins! Good finds :) I'm off to pin away!
